Can you tell me what state it came from? I'm waiting on a shipment for a friend, and when I looked for a tracking number, it said they shipped it bound printed matter (I can't believe that! It's not bound printed matter!) and had no tracking number. The last time I ordered from them it came from the city near me.

They mailed it from Iowa, USPS Bound Printed Matter rate, and it took a week to get to me.

That's really infuriating - bound printed matter is not for DVDs. It's for catalogues and phone books.

I just doublechecked the box and with the return address, it says "media mail." So now I'm not sure. But the website definitely said it was sent Bound Printed Matter.
