My cable network router is dead dead dead. I'm using the emergency backup internet connection: AOL with dial-up. Yeah, I know. But I'm glad we kept it because I wouldn't be typing this now. Of course, it's taken a full minute for this page to completely load. Ack. This is suckage at its suckiest.

A beta reader is hooked on Blood Plain after reading 6 pages. I wish he'd said he was hooked after the first page, or even the first paragraph, but I'll take it. Happily.

I'm actually looking forward to work tomorrow, and the T1 line and a real browser.
