This is a bit disturbing, if understandable: "Publishers Say Fact-Checking is Too Costly."

I've been long convinced that labeling fiction is moving toward being pointless with regards to subgenre and in some areas, even genre, ie fantasy and science fiction, mystery and suspense/thrillers, sometimes even horror and fantasy or science fiction or thrillers, but I never thought we'd see a blurring between fiction and non-fiction.

Maybe I should write up my Mars books as my memoirs? [edited to remove extra words]
